We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and resource management to stakeholder communication and risk mitigation.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Chef(fe) de projet pour rejoindre notre équipe diversifiée et dynamique. En tant que Chef(fe) de projet chez ICON, vous serez responsable de la direction et de la coordination des activités de projet, en veillant à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et selon les plus hauts standards de qualité. Votre rôle consistera à superviser l’ensemble des aspects de l’exécution des projets, de la planification et de la gestion des ressources à la communication avec les parties prenantes et à l’anticipation des risques.

Vos missions :

  • Élaborer et gérer des plans de projet détaillés, incluant les calendriers, les budgets et l’allocation des ressources, afin d’assurer la réussite des projets.

  • Diriger des équipes projet pluridisciplinaires, coordonner les efforts pour atteindre les objectifs du projet et favoriser une communication et une collaboration efficaces.

  • Suivre l’avancement des projets, identifier les risques et problématiques potentiels, et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour relever les défis et maintenir les projets sur la bonne voie.

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin de gérer les attentes, fournir des mises à jour régulières et garantir l’alignement avec les objectifs du projet et de l’organisation.

  • Préparer et présenter des rapports de projet, des points d’avancement et des indicateurs de performance à la direction et aux autres parties prenantes.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme de niveau licence dans la gestion de projet, le management, ou un domaine connexe souhaité, avec une expérience significative en gestion de projet et en management d’équipe.

  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion réussie de projets de bout en bout, avec un fort accent sur le respect du périmètre, des délais et des contraintes budgétaires.

  • Solides compétences en leadership et en organisation, avec la capacité de gérer efficacement des équipes projet et de prioriser les tâches.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec une aptitude à établir des relations de confiance et à gérer les attentes des parties prenantes.

  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet ; les certifications telles que PMP ou PRINCE2 constituent un atout.

  • Rigueur, proactivité et adaptabilité, avec un fort engagement envers l’atteinte des objectifs de projet et l’amélioration continue.
