Job Description Summary
The Global Associate Director, Clinical Value is a senior leader responsible for shaping the clinical voice of GE HealthCare Imaging. This role develops clinically led disease state narratives across the modalities, evidence driven segment value propositions, and real world imaging impact stories that articulate the “why” behind our technologies. The leader integrates clinical insights into segment campaigns, drives clinical advocacy with KOLs and professional societies, oversees global congress strategy, and ensures clinical credibility across all Imaging communications.
The role requires a blend of scientific depth, strategic marketing acumen, storytelling excellence, and cross functional leadership. This position acts as the clinical bridge between Medical Affairs, Modality Marketing, Portfolio & Integrated Marketing, Downstream GTM, and regional teams.

Job Description
Clinical Narrative & Advocacy
- Build a unified clinical storytelling framework that spans Imaging disease states, care pathways, and modalities, providing the clinical “why” for our technologies.
- Working in collaboration with the leader of Downstream GTM, create set of signature themes and convert them into downstream plays
- Identify clinical unmet needs, emerging trends, and care‑pathway transformations to inform long‑term marketing strategy and product positioning.
- Design and lead a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy, defining tiers of engagement, touchpoints, and partnership models.
- Build mechanisms to systematically capture clinician feedback and convert insights into actionable marketing and product recommendations.
Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) & Clinical Roundtables
- Establish and manage global CABs across targeted care areas (e.g., oncology, neurology, cardiology, women’s health).
- Deliver all aspects of CAB operations: charter development, recruitment, content planning, facilitation, insight synthesis, and follow‑through.
- Produce post‑event executive summaries and integrate insights into campaigns, product development, and strategic planning.
- Run ongoing Clinical Leadership Roundtables, strengthening relationships with international experts and ensuring GE HealthCare remains top‑of‑mind.
Clinical Evidence & Content Development
- Lead creation of high‑impact clinical materials; white papers and scientific briefs, clinical case studies and imaging exemplars, clinical animations, infographics, and disease‑state visualizations
- Support critical congress messaging and clinical narrative strategy, developing global connectivity across modalities to the overall segment position.
- Work collaboratively with the Portfolio and Imaging leadership team to develop Imaging segment positioning in prioritized disease states, bringing to life patient and clinician stories of the impact of GE Healthcare technologies.
- Support Executive level messaging with case studies, data and facts for disease spaces
Cross‑Functional & Strategic Leadership
- Build strong partnerships with leadership across Modality, Medical Affairs, Strategy, R&D, Sales Enablement, Digital Marketing, and Regions.
- Provide senior‑level clinical marketing counsel for portfolio strategy, roadmap planning, and competitive assessments.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in clinical practice, clinical marketing, medical affairs, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in turning complex clinical data into compelling marketing narratives.
- Strong experience with congress strategy, KOL engagement, and peer‑to‑peer programming.
- Deep clinical and scientific knowledge, ideally in Imaging‑relevant domains.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate in matrixed, global environments.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and scientific communication skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
