Position Summary-

  • Work at home role can live anywhere USA.
  • Schedule Mon-Fri 8-5 Your time Zone
  • Master's Degree, Independently Licensed in BH in your state of Residence

The Team Lead is accountable to leadership to support the day to day operations of this Behavioral Health Team. This position has no supervisory oversight of staff, but requires a solid understanding of the workflows, policies and procedures to ensure that both teams are producing at a successful level. The Team Lead supports the onboarding of new staff as well as quality monitoring and assignment triage. The Team Lead is a single point and first line of contact for staff for clinical issues. They may lead projects as assigned. The Team Lead provides ongoing communication and updates to leadership and contributes and participates in team meetings. The role requires promoting cooperation and team-building between all department members.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years clinical and managed care experience

  • Requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding

  • Active unrestricted Behavioral Health State Licensure in applicable functional area.

  • Proven track record of subject matter expertise

  • Ability to mentor and support staff to meet business needs

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Time efficient and highly organized


Education

  • Master's degree in behavioral health field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,575.00 - $142,576.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
