The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Clinical Provider Liaison to support our Behavioral Health Clinicians by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and providing ongoing operational support. This role is central to the success of the service line’s performance and clinical culture, proactively ensuring providers have what they need to succeed and thrive in their clinical work.

What You’ll Do

Provider Onboarding Support

  • Manage the end-to-end provider onboarding process, including:
    • Conducting welcome calls
    • Setting providers up in internal systems
    • Coordinating with credentialing, licensing, and training teams
    • Serving as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding
  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience to drive provider satisfaction, retention, and faster time to service

Provider Off boarding Support

  • Manage the complete provider off boarding process in coordination with internal teams

Day-to-Day Provider Support

  • Support active providers with operational needs as identified by the practice (e.g., EMR access and troubleshooting)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, 100% remote environment
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time
