The Clinical Operations and Provider Development Coordinator supports efficient clinic operations and fosters provider growth. Key responsibilities include streamlining workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting EMR and tech tools, and coordinating staff onboarding and training. They also assist with provider orientation, track performance metrics, manage continuing education, and promote provider engagement. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and tech skills to enhance both operational efficiency and provider success.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred or a plus)
Experience:
- 2–4 years in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or provider support
- Experience with provider onboarding, credentialing, or development programs
- Familiarity with clinic workflows and patient care environments
Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in EMR systems (e.g., eCW, Epic, Cerner)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission)
- Ability to analyze and report on performance metrics
