  • Work across teams—including web development, instructional design, accreditation, regulatory compliance, and clinical services—to ensure seamless, student‑centered program execution.

Champion Accreditation & Compliance

  • Develop and execute action plans to uphold accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage portions of the academic budget and proactively share recommendations from faculty and staff to guide resource allocation.

Empower Faculty & Build High‑Performing Teams

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, evaluating, and supervising faculty and staff.
  • Facilitate regular faculty meetings to promote communication, shared governance, and continuous instructional improvement.
  • Collaborate with committees and assist in policy development that shapes the academic experience.

Lead When It Matters Most

  • Serve as the acting Program Dean when required.
  • Contribute to campus safety as a designated Campus Security Authority.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining full compliance with all organizational policies and standards.
