We are currently seeking an Area Clinical Manager who will be responsible for managing the existing clinical team (s) in their region. The ideal candidate must have an excellent understanding of cardiac rhythm devices and be an expert on the PaceMate platform to effectively support their team. This remote position demands a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously and productively. The clinical manager(s) work closely with operational leadership to drive PaceMate's innovative and world-class approach to remote cardiac care. - Own outcomes for SLAs, team productivity, and employee performance.
- Provide leadership and coaching to clinical supervisors.
- Administer corrective action in alignment with company policies.
- Drive remediation efforts with QA and track outcomes for measurable impact.
- Partner with leadership to support hiring initiatives and workforce growth.
- Provide scheduled open office hours to encourage communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to identify and target areas for workflow and process improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency that align with operational goals.
- Ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customer tickets in Salesforce are acknowledged and responded to within one business day.
- Coordinate with education and operational leadership to keep the clinical team informed and up to date on clinical and operational changes.
- Limited travel required for leadership meetings/training (up to 10%).

- IBHRE certification required within one year of promotion (CCDS, CORMS, or CEPS)
- 5+ years in cardiac device/ClED remote monitoring or comparable clinical operations.
- 2+ years leading frontline leaders (e.g., Supervisors).
- Strong command of CIED workflows, alert triage, documentation standards, and clinic expectations.
- Data-literate; uses analytics to diagnose variance and drive action plans.
- Excellent written/verbal communication in a fully remote setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for managing processes and teams
- Process or quality improvement skills preferred
- Maintained strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Travel up to 10%

- Foreign transport of sensitive information: When confidential information is carried into a foreign country, it must be stored in an inaccessible form (e.g., encrypted external storage) or remain in the worker’s possession at all times.
