We provide multi-day hormone testing, tele-health visits with menopause specialists, personalized treatment plans, and access to medications and supplements via our digital pharmacy. Our mission is to educate, support, and help women navigate menopause with confidence and dignity.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner at Jayla Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering virtual healthcare services to women experiencing the various stages of menopause. Your expertise will contribute to providing evidence-based care, personalized treatment plans, and support that will positively impact our patients' overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide education and guidance to patients regarding menopause, its effects, and potential treatment options.
Evaluate a patient's medical history and symptoms to help create personalized treatment plans that include prescriptions, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
Conduct synchronous consultations with patients to discuss menopause concerns and order prescription medications as needed.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of physicians and dietitians to offer holistic care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and documentation.
Stay informed about the latest research, developments, and best practices in menopause management.
Preferred Qualifications
Valid California Nurse Practitioner license is required. Other state licenses are a plus.
Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Family Nurse Practitioner, or relevant specialization is preferred.
Experience in women's health, gynecology, or endocrinology.
Certified Menopause Practitioner from the menopause society is preferred.
Proficiency in conducting virtual healthcare visits and using telemedicine platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong patient-provider relationships.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Flexible schedule (we provide patient care seven days a week).
