Overview
Brighton Hospice seeks a Weekend RN to provide compassionate care to hospice patients across homes, assisted living, and hospitals.

Responsibilities

Perform hospice admissions, symptom management, and death visits.

Answer calls and advocate for hospice services.

Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership.

Document visits and manage schedule using electronic medical records.

Drive safely across service area with valid license and insurance.

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in state of practice with one year of experience.

Admissions and on-call experience preferred.

Strong clinical and communication skills.

Independent, self-directed work with triage and time management.

Ability to learn EMR system.
