What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide virtual surveillance for patients with critical congenital or acquired heart disease

Lead the patient care delivery team for specific patient populations
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, including 2 years of recent pediatric experience and 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience
Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
Strong knowledge of pediatric healthcare standards and regulatory agency requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Prior telehealth experience
Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams or initiatives
Familiarity with health informatics systems and AI applications in patient care
Participation in nursing committees or professional organizations
Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices in patient care
