Position Overview This is a permanent, full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) role consisting of 8‑13 week travel assignments. Travel is required locally and nationally; stipend available for sites over 50+ miles from permanent residence.

Responsibilities Coordinate interdisciplinary care plan from admission to discharge.
Create integrated care plan considering patient and family preferences and values.
Monitor patient progress through assessments, evaluations, and record review.
Advocate for resources and remove barriers to care.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with supervisors and health providers to ensure effective implementation of the health plan.
Ensure appropriate documentation and discharge care planning for post‑discharge care.
Requirements Registered Nurse license (obtained prior to hire).
BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred.
One year recent experience in Utilization Management required.
Availability for 8‑13 week assignments in a permanent full‑time capacity.
Education Diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at hire.
