What Youll Do
Manage the day?to?day operations of a commercial tree care business.
Plan, schedule and administer the branch budget.
Ensure that all jobs are completed according to plans, are within budget and meet deadlines.
Deliver timely and accurate reports, financials and schedules on a regular basis.
Represent the company, interfacing and building relationships with owners, clients, architects, general contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits.
Manage tools and equipment delivery, storage, operation and maintenance.
Hire, manage, train and develop employees, conducting performance appraisals.
Ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently at all times.
Communicate company goals to management and employees.
Ensure employees are results?oriented and work as a team.
Demonstrate role?model behaviors on ethics, integrity and safety, quality and customer service.
What You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have Tree Care business management experience; ISA Certified Arborist preferred.
2? to 4?year degree in business or equivalent experience in a service industry.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in landscaping or related industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and demands.
Proficiency in estimating and job cost systems with working knowledge of MS Office.
Understanding of business accounting and P&L statements.
