What You’ll Do:

Patient Advocacy: Manage the full patient case cycle for SPRAVATO® treatment, from initial consultation scheduling to post‑treatment follow‑up.

Insurance & Billing: Handle all insurance authorizations, appeals, and follow‑up, acting as a liaison between providers, patients, and insurance payers.

Operational Excellence: Maintain provider schedules, coordinate initial script orders, and manage patient documentation in our EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce).

Reporting & Analytics: Compile and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, tracking patient conversions, treatment counts, and insurance outcomes.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of evolving insurance criteria and communicate relevant changes to key stakeholders. Adhere to all federal and state compliance requirements, including HIPAA and company policies.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Clinical & Technical Aptitude: Clinical interviewing, clinical case management, experience with controlled substances and/or TMS/Esketamine administration preferred but not required.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Knowledge of billing software is a bonus.

Collaboration & Communication: Experience working directly with MDs is preferred; and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Dedicated to collaborative teamwork and creative problem‑solving is required.

Adaptability & Growth: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with a focus on time and change management. Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Enthusiastic self‑starter with a willingness to learn and provide flexible support.

Patient Care Excellence: Capacity to maintain professionalism and compassion with a diverse patient population in a mental health setting.

Experience: At least 1 year as a Certified Medical Assistant, Medication Technician, or Nursing Assistant, including experience with medication authorizations; 2 years of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting (preferred but not required).

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a plus; however, an Associate’s degree or Medical Assistant certification/licensure combined with relevant experience is required.

Benefits Statement:
Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non‑exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full‑time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex‑PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
