About the Role:
Quantum Education Professionals is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher Case Manager and Mentor to support a teacher currently serving in a Life Skills classroom within the Hickman Mills School District. This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to share your expertise, strengthen classroom practices, and make a meaningful impact on both teacher and student success.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and Model: Work directly with a classroom teacher, providing hands-on coaching, modeling effective strategies, and offering constructive feedback.
• Support Skill Development: Help the teacher strengthen instructional planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to build confidence and independence.
• Collaborate and Problem-Solve: Partner with school staff, paraprofessionals, and Quantum’s support team to ensure the classroom runs smoothly and effectively.
• Enhance Student Outcomes: Support the development of a structured, inclusive, and positive learning environment where all students can thrive.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in Life Skills or similar special education settings
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to model best practices and support adult learners
