POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will afford the opportunity to serve the adult population diagnosed with mental health and/or substance use disorders served at the outpatient treatment site. Provide direct services as needed to consumers to evaluate needs, link to resources/services, and help in identifying stability strategies. Advocates for consumers in a safe and culturally appropriate manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: Associates degree in human services or behavior health. Bachelors degree preferred. Two-years experience in human services or behavioral science with Two years of experience in the field of mental health and/or substance use treatment.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Computer Skills
Proficient in use of personal computer and related software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) use of office equipment (e.g., fax, copier, printer).
Other Requirements
Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license; must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
