What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and implement Provider Engagement plans for Tier 2 & Tier 3 providers to meet annual performance goals
Facilitate coaching and collaboration with providers to enhance quality performance and risk adjustment accuracy
Identify and address challenges in the practice environment to achieve program goals
Track and measure engagement and training activities using standard tools
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, maintaining compliance with policies
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider engagement, practice transformation, or managed care quality improvement
Strong working knowledge of managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies
Demonstrated data analytic skills and operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
Effective communication and strong leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience improving provider quality performance through innovative engagement strategies
Familiarity with quality metrics and risk adjustment practices across various business lines
