Senior Patient Care Coordinator - Pulmonology

Senior Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you'll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Senior Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more. Required qualifications:

• 2 years experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
