Senior Patient Care Coordinator - Pulmonology

Senior Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you'll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Senior Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more. At our Pulmonology Clinics, we provide consultative, diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with illnesses that affect the lungs and breathing. Join our team to collaborate with specialists to provide treatment for a wide range of pulmonary and bronchial disorders.

Required qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
