What You'll Do:

As a Sales Liaison / Care Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between BrightStar Care of Carleton & Canton and the families, clients, and healthcare partners we serve.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations
  • Generate new referrals and meet or exceed your sales goals
  • Create and execute a marketing plan for your territory
  • Represent BrightStar Care at community events and professional gatherings
  • Meet with families to understand their care needs and match them with the right services
  • Deliver outstanding service and support throughout the client journey

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred
  • Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development, healthcare experience preferred
  • Natural relationship-builder with strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and passionate about helping others
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
