RN Employee Health Case Manager
Location: Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave)
Department: Tal Mgmt/Occupational Health
Shift: First Shift (United States of America)
Standard Weekly Hours: 40
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Summary: The Employee Health Case Manager primary role is to facilitate appropriate and timely health care with the focus on safe employee return‑to‑work and the return to maximum functionality. The Employee Health Case Manager‑RN conducts investigations for reported injury/illness cases. This is accomplished by providing the communication, coordination and education required to optimize outcomes across the continuum of health, disability, workers compensation, and disease management.
Education:
5 years' experience required.
Occupational Health or Case Management experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Certification / Licensure:
Current Texas RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Providers required within 30 days of employment and must be maintained per Medical Center Policy, MC 175.
