Description Provides services to clients in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice. The Registered Nurse Case Manager provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and nursing process, and communicates/documents observations and assessments. Responsible for the outcome of applicable OBQI/QA studies. Reviews all processes on a yearly basis to ensure they are current and within or exceeding guidelines.
Requirements Current licensure as an RN in Montana
Current CPR certification
Physical Requirements Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Physically and mentally capable of performing all job requirements.
Reliable vehicle required.
Background check required; criminal convictions do not automatically disqualify applicants.
Must pass DMV check.
Experience 0-2 years
Geriatrics care experience is helpful
Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
