Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Conduct assessments, deliver high‑quality care, and educate patients and caregivers.
Perform skilled procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
Home Health experience preferred but not required.
Ability to safely transfer and maneuver patients in a home setting.
OASIS knowledge is a plus.
