Provides an ongoing objective evaluation of the important aspects of patients care through regular review of patient charts, and identification of variations in care to provide data for use in the correction of potential problems and to meet the requirements of all regulatory agencies. Relates effectively with interdepartmental and intradepartmental personnel, medical staff, patients, patients families, and outside agencies, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory and third party payers.
Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/week) Home Health - Direct Patient Care
Requirements AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days. Auto liability insurance. Clean driving record. Current driver's license. Current Missouri and Kansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence. Must be able to successfully pass KDADS criminal record check upon hire. Must register with and successfully pass the Family Care Safety Registry upon hire.
