Position Summary – RN Case Manager

Position Duties: Care Coordination / Continuum of Care / Discharge Planning / Patient Focus and Care Plans / Utilization Review.

Minimum Required Qualifications: NV RN license; BLS; 1+ year recent acute hospital case management experience.

Preferred Qualifications – Utilization Review Experience:

Length of Assignment: 7 weeks.

Shift / Hours per week: 7am-3pm. Every other weekend.

Systems: Medhost, Careport, Mcg, EDIS.

Start Date: ASAP.

Pay Rate: $1,800.00 - $2,700.00 (as of 11/24/2025).
