This is a unique opportunity for a licensed RN with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
Position Type Stipend‑Based During Start‑Up Phase.
This position offers a monthly stipend during the division’s development stage, with the potential to transition into a full‑time leadership role once operations are fully established. Ideal for a self‑driven RN leader ready to shape a new home health program and leave a lasting impact on patient care in the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the new home health division, including staffing, patient care coordination, and compliance.
Develop and implement clinical policies and quality standards to ensure safe, effective care.
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and caregivers to build strong patient support systems.
Manage admissions, discharges, and ongoing patient progress.
Assist with budgeting, billing, and reporting during the start‑up phase.
What We’re Looking For Active Indiana RN license (or compact license valid in Indiana).
Home health or supervisory experience required.
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Medicare regulations and home health documentation.
Compassionate communicator and team motivator.
Schedule & Details Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed).
On‑site field‑based leadership role in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Stipend provided during the development phase, with a full‑time leadership transition opportunity.
