Job Summary: The Registered Nurse monitors each child''s health, medical treatment, and follows up provides support, counseling and training to foster parents in health and medical needs of children coordinates internal services with outside medical agencies makes monthly home visits as well as specialty clinic appointments and maintains and updates all required files and records. Essential Generic Job Functions: Provides formal and informal training for foster and biological parents to instruct them in appropriate health practices and administration of medication. Communicate and coordinate with family/Client about all medical conditions, appointments and/or treatments.
