Job Description
Our Care Coordinator work closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
Fill in as needed and provide floor support to Care Staff and Med Techs
Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
Create schedules and approve timecards
Qualifications
Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
Active CNA or HCA license in WA state
Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
Scheduling experience strongly preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent.
