If you have a strong background in treating hypogonadism and experience prescribing testosterone and other hormone-optimizing pharmaceuticals, this is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team reshaping access to care. We treat patients with a combination of pharmaceuticals, supplements, and lifestyle changes according to AUA-defined protocols. We are committed to making care more convenient and affordable for patients. Experience with weight-loss and thyroid medications is a plus, as we have expanded beyond mens hormones into these areas. We have also launched services for women; experience with womens hormone therapy is welcome but not required. We are nationwide and value physicians licensed in multiple states.

What You'll Do

• Conduct video-based consultations from anywhere with an internet connection


• Review labs and create personalized treatment plans


• Prescribe and titrate medications based on clinical findings


• Educate patients on safe and effective hormone optimization


• Provide feedback to help us continuously enhance the patient experience

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO with an active license (multi-state licenses preferred)


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Endocrinology, Urology, Family Medicine, or Hormone Therapy


• DEA license with authority to prescribe Schedule III medications


• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care


• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn telemedicine workflows


• Availability for at least 8 hours per week


• A prescribing philosophy that values holistic care and hormone optimization, not just prescribing testosterone to everyone
