The Opportunity
MRIoA is a national Independent Review Organization that facilitates the review of medical claims to determine treatment appropriateness.
Requirements:
Must be an MD or DO.
Board Certified in ENT/Otolaryngology.
At least 5 years of patient care experience in Pediatrics.
Unrestricted Minnesota state medical license.
US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Job Details
Review Prior Authorizations applying medical and healthcare plan guidelines.
Work remotely with flexible hours, as little as 1-2 hours per week.
Most cases take 30-60 minutes.
Work from anywhere in the US (patient records cannot leave the US).
Covered under MRIoA’s Errors and Omissions policy.
Independent Contractor (1099).
Additional Information
Work environment involves sitting at a desk, using a PC, telephone, and basic office equipment.
Role is remote (work-from-home).
