Responsibilities (as reflected in the posting):
Develop and implement personalized care plans
Provide clinical pathway support and care coordination
Educate patients and families; assist with grief support
Act as a navigator for patients through the care process
Manage pain relief and symptom control
Perform skin assessment and ulcer prevention
Assist with utilization review
Shift(s) available: day, night, and mid shift
Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications:
ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
