Overview HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide care and support to terminally ill patients. This is a full-time position primarily serving Merced and South Stanislaus Counties.
Responsibilities Provide care and support to terminally ill patients.
Expert symptom management and emotional support to patients and families.
Help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.

Skills & Qualifications Minimum one year nursing experience; hospice or home health experience preferred
CA Registered Nurse license required
Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects
Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards
Proficient in reading/writing English
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Cool-tempered and patient with emotional/mental stability and stamina
Current CPR certification required
Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance
