About the Role
We’re looking for a

Registered Nurse Case Manager

whose heart for service matches their clinical expertise. The ideal nurse is compassionate, grounded, and confident in providing comfort at life’s most meaningful moments. You understand that hospice nursing is about more than medicine; it’s about

presence, dignity, and connection.

Have strong clinical judgment and experience managing pain and symptoms

Qualifications
Current Oregon RN license in good standing
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience in hospice, palliative care, or skilled nursing preferred ( If your background is different, tell us how your skills and experience prepare you to thrive in this role)
