We’re looking for a
Registered Nurse Case Manager

Qualifications
Current Oregon RN license in good standing
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience in hospice, palliative care, or skilled nursing preferred ( If your background is different, tell us how your skills and experience prepare you to thrive in this role)
