We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide support in the area of Workers' Compensation and Safety Compliance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding employees through the workers' compensation process, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to manage claims effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Guide employees through the process of completing workers' compensation forms following workplace injuries.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of injury reports in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Act as a liaison between employees, HR, and insurance providers for claims management.
• Partner with the EHS team to develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Conduct safety orientations for new hires and refresher sessions for existing staff.
• Maintain records of safety training and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and workers' compensation laws.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programs.

Essential Skills:

• Valid California Registered Nurse License.
• Experience in workers' compensation filing.
• Strong written communication and documentation review skills.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in occupational health or case management).
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, workers' compensation processes, and workplace safety regulations.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorpark, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
