Overview Registered Nurse – Case Manager (Travel Contract)
Location: Morristown, NJ
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | May require weekend coverage
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (Start: Nov 24, 2025)
Weekly Pay: Approx. $2,519 (including stipends)
About the Role Metasense Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to join our travel nursing team at Morristown Medical Center , part of the Atlantic Health System. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating patient care throughout hospitalization, managing discharge planning, and ensuring quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage patient transitions through the acute care process
Perform utilization management and quality screenings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective discharge planning
Ensure compliance with hospital and case management standards
Requirements Active RN License (NJ or Compact State)
BSN required
2+ years of Acute Care experience
Inpatient Case Management experience required
CCMC Certification preferred
