We boast 14 high-end offices across California and are expanding with new center openings on the horizon.

REPORTS TO: Regional Operations Manager

CLASSIFICATION: Part Time/Per Diem, non-exempt

SCHEDULE: 1-2 days per week, Fridays and rotating Saturdays 6:50am - 2:00pm, some later hours required for internal meetings and inventory.

LOCATION: Pleasanton, Piedmont and Walnut Creek, CA

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Vibrant Frontline Presence: Be the welcoming force for members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the start.

Swift Communication Mastery: Respond promptly to a bustling stream of calls, messages, and emails, setting high standards for timely communication.

Member Success Advocacy: Guide new members through a seamless onboarding process, infusing excitement into agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions. Foster lasting relationships with members, actively promoting their ongoing success.

Administrative Dynamo: Navigate order processing, billing wizardry, and maintain an inventory that’s always ready for action.

Logistical Marvel: Command the mail and packages domain, ensuring smooth deliveries and handling, including outgoing shipments. Be a guiding light in new hire setup and training, injecting energy into curriculum review and hands-on shadowing.

Innovative Collaboration: Collaborate with the team, sparking ideas to elevate the member experience. Dive into exciting projects and assignments, showcasing adaptability and a flair for innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma required. Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.

Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling and billing systems.

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent multi-tasking skills. Ability to efficiently perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with zero or few errors.

High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.

Flexible with a team-player mentality. Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an intimate clinical setting.
