Member Care Coordinator Reports to: Regional Operations Manager
Classification: Part Time/Per Diem, non‑exempt
Schedule: 1–2 days per week, Fridays and rotating Saturdays 6:50 am – 2:00 pm, some later hours required for internal meetings and inventory.
Location: Pleasanton, Piedmont and Walnut Creek, CA
Duties & Responsibilities Frontline Presence: Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from check‑in to appointment.
Communication Mastery: Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails, maintaining high standards for timely communication.
Member Success Advocacy: Guide new members through onboarding, infusing excitement into agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions.
Administrative Dynamo: Handle order processing, billing, and maintain inventory readiness.
Logistical Marvel: Manage mail and packages, smooth deliveries and outgoing shipments, and guide new hire setup and training.
Innovative Collaboration: Spark ideas to elevate the member experience, dive into projects and assignments with adaptability and innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
1–2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling and billing systems.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent multi‑tasking skills; ability to perform job duties efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with few errors.
High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
Flexible team‑player mentality; ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an intimate clinical setting.
