Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to join our Quality Improvement department. The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting agency policies and procedures, and making recommendations to improve quality and efficiencies within the organization. The QI Manager will assist in developing and coordinating activities related to the quality and compliance of services provided by TBR programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory and accrediting standards. This position will supervise the QI Coordinator, who supports improvement and compliance initiatives in collaboration with TBR service lines.

What you’ll do:
Serve as the QI representative on committees as assigned/requested.
Assist or take the lead in developing quality improvement plans.
Provide regular training and guidance for team members.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions supporting quality improvements or growth.
Support continuous quality reviews and monitoring of relevant data and procedures for contracts, licensure, accreditation, etc.
Monitor clinical compliance for OMHAS, Medicaid, and other oversight bodies as the QI representative.
Participate in oversight activities such as OMHAS, ODJFS, COA, and Medicaid as directed by the Director of QI.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications
Who you are:
You hold a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
You possess an active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license.
You have previous experience in QI and policy management/writing.
You have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
