Overview Quality Improvement Coordinator at Devereux. This onsite role is split between Lompoc and Santa Barbara, CA.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH) to drive quality improvements and enhance outcome measures.
Oversee quality management of EBSH programs, including meticulous data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and coordination between EBSH program sites and administration.
Stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge and participate in staff training requirements.
Lead meetings to ensure adherence to Devereux policies and compliance with EBSH licensing and accreditation regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: One to two years of experience in the behavioral health quality improvement field preferred; related health care and quality management experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft applications.
Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to guidelines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between Lompoc and Goleta; valid driver’s license required.
Compensation Compensation $28-30/hr DOE.
