Program Director I - STRTP Care Coordinator (Aspiranet)
Join us as a Core Program Director I – STRTP Care Coordinator in our Residential Program, which provides a therapeutic campus and community home environment for youth to thrive and rewrite their life stories.

SHIFT: Sunday to Thursday, 11 AM – 8 PM.

Your Opportunity
Aspiranet, founded in 1975, is a trusted partner dedicated to building a world where all children and families are loved, cared for, and supported. Your role will develop and sustain a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide residential services for up to six clients within our integrated community of care model.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Lead a team of Therapeutic Youth Counselors and staff to build and sustain a trauma‑responsive, youth‑centric, future‑focused community of care within a cottage.

Coordinate the development and implementation of individualized, strength‑based, trauma‑responsive service plans and related interventions.

Direct and debrief crisis interventions, including mobilizing in person, providing support, and ensuring actions taken during the crisis comply with defined agency care practice standards.

Ensure engagement with the child and family team to identify strengths and the youth’s health, educational, religious, recreational, social, emotional, and psychological needs, informing the development and implementation and successful transition.

Ensure transportation is provided when necessary for service‑plan activities and appointments.

Link and coordinate Aspiranet social work and clinical services to best meet the needs of youth.

Apply, teach, and supervise Aspiranet’s identified models of practice, including the Core Practice Model, Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC), Youth Thrive / Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, Community Resiliency Model (CRM), Life Space Coaching and Crisis Intervention (LSCI), Professional Assault Crisis Training (ProAct), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Ensure compliance with regulatory and fiscal standards, including The Joint Commission, Community Care Licensing, Department of Health Care Services, contractual agreements, and Aspiranet policy, procedures, and practices.

Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and individual and group supervisions.

Actively participate in the annual strategic planning process and development of program goals and oversight of the core program budget.

Work with HR and Training & Development to provide program talent management, including recruitment, orientation, supervision, development, evaluation, and performance management.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Education and Work Experience

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field with two (2) or more years of supervisory experience, or

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field with five (5) or more years of related experience, of which two (2) or more years include supervisory experience, or

Meets Medi-Cal billing eligibility requirements and has seven (7) or more years of related experience, of which two (2) or more years include supervisory experience or relevant experience as determined by the department.

Prior experience in a residential setting.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Word.

Must obtain Community Care Licensing Program Administrator Licensure within six months of hire.

Meets all state required conditions of employment, including fingerprint and child abuse index clearance, TB/health physical, valid CDL, and clean driving record.
