Do you enjoy helping people become more independent? Love working as part of a team? As a Program Manager/QATC (Quality Assurance Training & Coordination), you’ll oversee a caseload of 10–15 adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring quality care, effective training, and smooth coordination between staff, families, and partners.
Note: This is not a tech position.
Responsibilities Train and guide staff to deliver exceptional support
Monitor daily/monthly documentation for accuracy
Facilitate regular meetings with clients and staff
Communicate with Regional Center & service coordinators
Attend service meetings and advocate for clients
Cover open shifts if necessary
Maintain high quality and compliance standards
Qualifications Strong time management & adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Leadership/management experience
Excellent communication & listening skills
Ability to inspire and support others as part of a team
Experience with developmental disabilities a plus
Bilingual a plus
Benefits $22–$25/hr (DOE)
