We are the premier Pharmacy Benefits Management solution!# **Job Description****Summary**To ensure prompt and accurate data entry of Medical Exception Request Forms (MRFs), working letters out of the Failed Fax queue, Unable to Mail, and Manual Print queues.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Data entry of incoming MRFs as required.* Dispense MRF to appropriate PA Coordinator using established department policy and procedures in a timely manner or as needed.* Fax verification and research to ensure accuracy of fax transmissions to complete cases out of the failed fax queue.* Work cases out of the PA Unable to Mail queue as needed.* Initiate PA letter print in Medreponse out of the Manual Print queue.* Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings.* Mentor and train PA Clerks and PACs on data entry, failed faxes, manual prints, and other team related tasks as an extension of support to facilitate team growth.* Accountable for QA of others’ work and make recommendations for RTL, coaching and training.* Handle complex research issues, assist with managing the workload by running/creating reports, provide task instructions and monitoring priorities for the PA Clerk Team.* Act as a subject matter expert in process improvement and system enhancement activities pertaining to the scope of the PA Clerk role.**Supervisory Responsibilities** No supervisory responsibilities **Client Responsibilities**This is an internal and external client facing position that requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills (listening/verbal/written).
