Pre-Litigation Case Manager Responsibilities
Responsible for accurately documenting all case actions and client communications
Interact with clients by providing status updates and guidance on medical treatment and the personal injury process
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and empathetic communication.
Collect, review, and organize relevant case documentation, including evidence and legal records, to support attorney review and case preparation.
Review medical records and billing statements to support demand preparation
Draft detailed and accurate demand letters based on the case facts and medical treatment.
Verify lien amounts.
Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure all client needs and case milestones are addressed in a timely and organized manner.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of client-facing or customer service experience—no prior legal experience necessary.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback in a collaborative environment.
Highly adaptable and able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Litify experience is a plus.

Additional Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Compensation Range: $23-26 per hour.
In-office requirement once per quarter.
