Opportunity Information Gould Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Lead Palliative Care physician in Modesto, CA.
Position Details: Starting base salary: $265,231
Two-year salary guarantee

Palliative Medicine consultation services in multiple settings: hospital, office, and home
Coordinate with attending physicians, subspecialists, and the Palliative Supportive Care interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive, coordinated, and compassionate care plans for patients and families facing serious illness
Facilitate access to supportive care services, coordinate with hospital-based palliative care, outside agencies, and local hospices
Assist in developing palliative care standards, care tools, and participate in quality improvement and lean methodologies
Advocate for and educate about Palliative Care with physicians, clinicians, foundation partners, and the community
Provide mentorship and serve as a resource for future Palliative Care physicians and the broader care team
Participate in Palliative Care committees within Sutter
