The daily tasks for this position include:
Providing exceptional client service by updating them on the status of their case through phone calls, text messaging, and emails.
Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
Keeping thorough documentation in the case management system.
Managing the retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
Maintaining physical custody of the file and keeping it organized and updated appropriately.
Providing professional assistance to the attorney assigned to the file.
This role will have a lower caseload and assist with covering for others when they are on vacation or LOAs.
This role handles files in the pre-litigation status. This position does not handle litigation after a suit is filed on a case.
This is a full-time position.
