Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish-speaking Pre-Litigation Case Manager with experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will handle a heavy caseload from intake through settlement, communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, and coordinate all aspects of case management with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and support in both English and Spanish.
• Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation.
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, and settlement packages.
• Communicate with medical providers, adjusters, and opposing parties.
• Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and negotiation support.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) – written and verbal communication skills required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a case manager in a personal injury law firm.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation process.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
