Founded in 2021, we are actively growing the personal injury practice area and are seeking an organized Personal Injury Case Manager to join our small but dedicated team.
Position Overview:
The Personal Injury Case Manager will manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, and support attorney with litigation activities. This position plays a critical role in client communication, case development, and ensuring all aspects of the case are handled timely and effectively. The Case Manager will work directly with the attorney and provide support for pre-litigation and litigation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement;
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; provide updates and respond to inquiries promptly;
Collect and organize documentation, including medical records, bills, police reports, insurance policies, and treatment logs;
Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and third parties;
Monitor and update case management system with all case activities;
Prepare settlement demands and assist attorneys with negotiation support;
Track medical treatment and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding records;
Maintain accurate records and documentation in client files;
Assist attorneys with pre-litigation case strategy and file preparation;
Ensure compliance with all deadlines and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to multitask and manage a large caseload effective;
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
