Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr
A great opportunity to be a part of a reputable, and growing law firm handling significant cases in a positive work atmosphere. Our law firm needs an experienced Case Manager to serve as the liaison between medical providers and the clients. As the assigned Case Manager, we are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
Handling all types of pre-litigation cases including auto vs. auto, dog bite, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers and managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records and bills, and confirming medical balances.
Work in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
Assisting clients with their property damage claims.
Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be good at multi-tasking.
You must be a self-starter with a high level of resourcefulness and initiative.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
