  • Oversee cases from start to finish
  • Responsible for retrieving medical records and bills and ensuring clients are compliant with treatment.

  • Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness.
  • Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
  • Ensure that clients are aware of their case status at all times and ensure cases are being properly managed.
  • Expected to analyze case facts and suggest case rejection if warranted.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence.
  • Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
  • Coordinating all aspects of cases through pre-litigation
  • Must have AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE CASE MANAGING IN A GEORGIA PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM
  • Must have excellent work ethic
  • Gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents
  • Verifying insurance coverage and maintaining contact with insurance companies
  • Managing medical care of clients
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic case files and case management system answering client questions and scheduling attorney/client meetings when needed
  • Drafting LORs, completing intakes, filing claims, connect clients with medical providers.
  • Completing personal injury files during treatment.
  • Compiling medical records/bills
  • Drafting LOP's, communicating case details with paralegal/attorney
  • Forwarding and arranging calls, emails, faxes, and all correspondence
  • Speaking with clients and ensuring high satisfaction/responsiveness

***Competitive Salary depending on experience and full Spanish proficiency

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
