2+ years in personal injury case management
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities:
Manage pre-litigation files from A-Z
Deliver exceptional customer service
Handle insurance claims and property damage resolution
Coordinate client medical care and appointments
Assist with procedural explanations and documentation
Monitor case progress, review records, and prepare demand files
Job Details:
Full-time position
Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
