You'll work directly with the owner, collaborate with a supportive crew, and most importantly, help injured clients regain control of their lives. This is not your average law firm. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients
Coordinate medical treatment, obtain and organize records and bills
Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case strategy
Negotiate reductions on medical balances and liens
Track deadlines and manage documentation using case management software
Provide recommendations to attorneys on efficient case resolutions
Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and team members

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in personal injury (case management, paralegal, or legal assistant roles)
Solid knowledge of personal injury procedures, medical records, and treatment timelines
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with legal case management software (Filevine a plus)
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
