We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
Opening new files
Setting up claims with insurance companies
Contacting adjusters
Regular communication with clients
Scanning, mailing, requesting accident reports
Submitting open record requests
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Highly detail-oriented
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, handle a fast-paced work environment, and manage a large caseload with a great attitude and minimal supervision
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
